Tradition, innovation and experiment come together in the courses offered at the Royal Academy of Art The Hague (KABK). We prepare students for a professional career, offering the knowledge, skills and attitude needed.
Our students work independently and are given complex assignments, which prepare them for working individually or collectively as a fine artist or designer when they finish their course.

All courses have their own propedeutic phase (first general year). Acquiring this propedeutic allows students to continue to the main part of their course.
Part-time programmes:
The Royal Academy of Art offers part time studies in Fine Arts and Photography.
The part-time bachelor's programme in Graphic Design and the part-time bachelor's programme in Interior Architecture and Furniture Design will not be open for applications as of the academic year 2016-2017.
