Student Portal

For students
The KABK strives to achieve an international learning environment for her students. This is done on the one hand by creating an international environment within the building and on the other hand by stimulating temporary foreign trajectories in the form of:

  • Study
  • Internships
  • Post-graduate and Master programmes

Coming into contact with a different cultural environment and different teaching methods is a clear upside of a temporary foreign trajectory. Moreover, you may learn to function in an international context which is a great plus for your future career. Through different mobility programmes the EU and the Dutch government for example are able to make several scholarships available for students wishing to spend part of their study, internship or research abroad. In most cases a visit abroad will take place during the third year of your studies. The length of the stay varies from 3 months to a whole academic year.

For teacher and non-academic staf
The Academy focuses on internationalization. Teacher and staff mobilization is an important aspect of this. Internationally spoken, all teachers or lecturers are called ‘academic staff’ and all other employees are ‘non-academic staff’.
There are teaching activities and non-teaching activities. Teachers can undertake non-teaching activities, like conference attendance, as well as teaching activities. For more information please visit  KABK Teacher and Staff mobility.
